KIN PALO

Kin Palo is “Kin” as in “Family” and “Palo” as in “tree” or “branches.” Their music speaks to the ideas that we are all connected and have more similarities, than differences. We all have the same root desires, needs, and want for connection and are connected even in our differences. Kin Palo makes melodies that explore the waring dualities of human nature, both the dark and light side. Sonically they meddle in the darker side of melodies influenced by Explosions in the Sky, Nine Inch Nails, and Khalid to name a few. Amy Stroup is the lead singer & writer with collaborators from Canada, USA, & beyond. New music coming summer 2021.

Following on the first album's success of being featured on dozens of television shows including Batwoman, Sense 8, Shannara Chronicles and more, Kin Palo is back with their sophomore work "Glory" featuring the single "Watch This" a collaboration with Night Panda (Dustin Atlas, Julietta) and Amy Stroup. Booming beats, fizzy bass, dark guitars color the albums as heard on "Invincible" and "For The Glory". "For the Glory" was penned by power the team Amy Stroup (Chaka Khan, Andrew Belle, Sugar & The Hi-Lows) and grammy nominated Rob Kleiner (SIA, Labrinth) and Mary Hooper in LA as a response to honoring the life of Kobe Bryant & his daughter. Look for “GLORY” the full length album 10/22/21.  Singles “For the Glory”  is out October 8th along with  “Watch This” October 20th before the album drops October 22nd .
